All orders will be ship from Singapore, and violapansypins ships worldwide. 

Preorder

Please take note that preorder takes 2-3 months for production after the preorder period ends. Kindly ensure that you are comfortable in waiting before joining the preorder. No refunds or cancellations are allowed once orders are placed. 

Preorder pins are sold at discounted price in return for your trust and confidence in my design, which helps to fund the production for the pin. The production for preorder pin takes a few months depending on the complexity of the design. Once the preorder items are produced, cleaning, grading, and packing of the pins will take place before delivering the item to you. Your patience will be greatly appreciated throughout the whole process. 

Group Orders (GO) 

If you wish to open a group order to save on shipping and handling fees, please send a dm on instagram/twitter, or email to [email protected]

Combine orders

You can combine your orders to be ship out together if you have ordered an instock item and a preorder item separately. Please fill up the combine order form here, and leave a note during checkout. 

Any excess shipping will be refunded to you once your order has been shipped. You will be contacted via email regarding the refund of the excess shipping fee. 

Duration of shipping

All parcels are shipped with tracking, and will be shipped within 4 - 6 business days. International shipping takes about 3 - 6 weeks, while local mailing takes about 3 - 7 days.

For international shipping, once the parcel has been sent overseas, it is not within my control for any missing parcel. Nevertheless, kindly contact me if you do not receive your parcel after 8 weeks, and I will be happy to resolve the issue as much as possible within my means. 

Refunds / Cancellation of orders

All orders are non-refundable and cancellation are not accepted too.

But if you have any issues with your order, please send a dm on instagram/twitter, or email to [email protected] and I will be happy to help you solve the issue to the best of my abilities. 

Receiving a wrong pin or grade

This shop is run and handled by one person so there may be mistakes due to human error. If you receive a wrong pin or grade, please reach out to me. I will appreciate if you can dm me / email me first with videos and pictures of the item you received, and I will send the correct pin to you.  

Pins Grading

A grade - The best out of the batch. Almost perfect but may have small imperfections such as tiny scratches which are barely noticeable. 

B grade - Slightly noticeable flaws that aren't considered perfect but does not affect the appearance of the pin such as tiny dents or scuffs

C grade - Noticeable flaws, marks, scratches, or missing enamel

Seconds - worst than C grade, but still capable as a pin

PLEASE NOTE - All pins are handmade so even A grade pins may have slight imperfection. Pins are graded with each other within the same batch.
